Farcroft Property Construction’s latest development, Golf Links Walk, is a beautiful example of how thoughtful design and natural materials can come together to create truly elevated living spaces. Located within Ferndown, Dorset this tree-lined enclave is just moments from Ferndown Golf Club, the collection of nine architect-designed homes reflects a calm, contemporary approach to modern family living.
At the heart of each home is a carefully curated interior palette — warm wood textures and soft neutral tones create a sense of cohesion throughout. These interiors were thoughtfully brought to life by Lucy Jones of Studio Sempura, whose approach perfectly balances elegance with everyday liveability.
Within these spaces, our Rocco pendants have been integrated across three distinct kitchen and bedroom schemes, each showcasing the versatility of handmade lighting.
In the first scheme, our Chalk Rocco Pendants sit effortlessly within a pale wood kitchen, complementing a soft, neutral palette. The light, airy tones enhance the natural flow of the space, reflecting the development’s emphasis on openness and light.
For a richer, more grounded aesthetic, Lucy introduced our Terracotta Rocco Pendants into a darker wood kitchen. Here, deeper tones and warm hues create a more intimate atmosphere, with the pendants adding depth and texture while tying in beautifully with the home’s refined terracotta accents.
The third scheme features our Seagrass Rocco Pendants, paired with a light wood kitchen and a calming neutral palette. This look leans into a relaxed, organic feel — understated yet tactile — perfectly aligned with the connection to its natural surroundings. Continuing the coastal theme within the bedroom, Lucy has introduced the Seagrass tones with the detailed panelling whilst pairing our Chalk Rocco wall light to create a fresh and airy environment.
To bring these spaces to life, we collaborated on the shoot with Forage and Found, whose thoughtfully sourced homeware pieces added layers of character and warmth. Styling focused on how these homes can be lived in — demonstrating how carefully chosen objects, textures and materials can transform a beautifully built space into a personal, inviting home.
Across all three schemes, the Rocco pendants highlight the beauty of handmade design — subtle variations, natural textures and an authenticity that complements Farcroft’s commitment to quality and detail. At Golf Links Walk, every element has been considered, and it’s this balance of craftsmanship, materiality and modern living that makes the development feel both timeless and unique.
